Half way to the weekend.

Well, halfway there.  Behold in the picture below I made biscuits. This is the first time I have made biscuits from scratch that didn't out like something you would play hockey with.  These biscuits are soft and delicious and wonderful.  I also made strawberry jam, I tried making with pectin but blech, it turned out awful.  I would try to give it away but I would feel super guilty.  I think it is going to go to the goat.
